 
Story
Two men, both patients of gravity, shared the same semi private room of the hospital. For one of them he allowed himself him to seat during one hour in afternoon, to drain the liquid of his lungs. It's bed was next to the window of the room. The other had to remain laid down all along of back.
They talked all the day incessantly and every day, spoke of it's spouses and families, it's homes, uses, experiences during it's military services and sites visited during it's vacations. All the afternoons when the companion located next to the window seated, the time went relating to him to it's roommate which saw by the window.
With time, the laid down companion of back that could not be shown by the window, dreamed by those periods of one hour during which one delighted with the stories of the activities and colors of the outer world. The window gave to a park with a beautiful lake. The ducks and swans slid by the water, while the children played with their little boats, the border of the lake. The enamored ones took a walk of the hand between the flowers multicolors in a landscape with majestic trees and the distance, a beautiful sight of the city.
As the Gentleman near the window described all this with exquisite details, his companion closed the eyes and imagined a panel colorful. Late he described a parade to him that passed by the hospital and although he could not listen to the band, could see it through the eye of the mind while his companion described it.
They spent the days and the weeks and a morning, the nurse when entering for the matutinal cleanliness, was with the body without life of the gentleman near the window, that had expired calmly, during his dream. With much sadness, she warned so that they transferred the body.
At next day the other gentleman, with much sadness requested that they transferred it near the window. To the nurse he pleased to him to make the change and after making sure that he was comfortable, he left it single. The gentleman with much effort and pain, leaned of an elbow to be able to watch the outer world for the first time. Finally he would have the joy to see it by himself.
One made an effort to show itself by the window and what he saw was the wall of the building of alongside. Confused and saddened, he asked to him the nurse who will be what animated to it's late companion to describe so many wonderful things outside the window. The nurse responded to him that the gentleman was blind and couldn't nor see the wall of opposite. Perhaps she said " He just wished to animate you ".
Epilogue...........
An immense joy in being able exists to cheer to others in spite of our own situation. The shared affliction diminishes the sadness, but when the joy is shared, it is duplicated. If you wish to feel prosperous, is enough with counting what you have and that cannot be bought with the money.
The origin of this story is ignored. This provides much joy and satisfaction if one shares with other people. You can share it with others too!!!
