Christmas
it's not about just another holiday, nor about to drink
without limits, or to eat and eat without control.
It's not
about having the best dress for the activities or to buy
a lot of expensive gifts to give.
It's not
about having the bigger and leafy Christmas tree or a lot
of beautiful bulbs to illuminate it.
Christmas
it's about more than that...
It's
about to celebrate the nativity of the King of Kings, who
have born in a poor stable, to show us that true richness is
inside of us.
It's about to give our time, to share with others; to give
a little bit of what we have; to tell people around us,
how much we love them and how important they are to us.
It's about to say I'm sorry when we did or said something
wrong, and to forgive others as we are forgiven too.
It's
about to smile, to give a hug, to give a hand to help, to
accept others just as they are...
It's about to fill our hearts of peace, light, wisdom,
love, and all beautiful feelings we have to offer.
During this Christmas...let's try to change those things
that are hurting us, let's look with hope the new year to
come...and let's give what we have in our hearts.
In that
way, the true Christmas spirit will prevail in the world.
